1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days across Nigeria (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-Orders: For items not currently in stock, pre-orders take 12 to 14 business days to be fulfilled. We’ll keep you updated throughout this period so you know exactly when to expect your order.
2. Delivery Fees 
• Within Benin City (Intrastate Deliveries): Flat rate of N5,000
• To Other States in Nigeria (Interstate Deliveries): Flat rate of N10,000
• Custom Delivery Rates: In some cases, fees may be calculated according to your exact  location. This allows us to offer fair pricing for both nearby and remote deliveries.

3. Nationwide Coverage 
While our base is in Benin City, Edo State, we deliver to all 36 states across Nigeria, including major hubs like Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu, Warri and beyond. No matter your location, Forever Up ensures reliable nationwide service.

4. Worldwide Coverage 
We also ship internationally in collaboration with trusted global partners. For specific country rates, kindly send us a message on WhatsApp or simply select your country at checkout.

5. Order Tracking & Updates 
Once your order is confirmed, our team will share delivery details with you. For pre-orders, we’ll provide progress updates throughout the 12–14 day period so you’re always in the loop.
